We are an effective, solution-focussed therapeutic service operating in schools for young people who:

Have high priority mental health needs e.g. anxiety, depression, self harm and suicidal thoughts
young people who struggle with behaviour, exam stress, attendance or anger management issues
Have complex trauma, difficult home lives, are on child protection plans or are known to social services

About Us
We believe that every young person deserves access to high-quality mental health services. Our team of therapists are dedicated to providing trauma-informed care that is tailored to the unique needs of each student. We are committed to helping young people build the skills they need to thrive in school and in life.

This type of therapy is 71% effective at treating anxiety and depression vs other talking therapies (like CBT, counselling alone) at 42%. We work with complex trauma, understand neurodiversity issues and get results faster. Our therapists understand the neuroscience of mental health and are all highly trained clinicians.

The therapist will write a general session summary (within the constraints of student confidentiality) which can be shared with the school to ensure the school are kept in the loop. We also use assessments used by the NHS to track each students well being progress - these are also shared with the school upon request. We pride ourselves in keeping schools in the loop - we can meet as regularly as you'd like to discuss student cases that you may be concerned about or to get general feedback about your students.

Once a case is closed you will be provided with a full report from the therapist outlining what was achieved and the progress that has been made. We provide end of term reports to update you on student’s progress.
We follow robust safeguarding procedures, providing written reports (whilst respecting student confidentiality) and can also provide letters or reports to support onward referrals to other services.

1-1 Therapy Sessions
Our therapists will create a bespoke treatment plan for each student, suiting their individual need. Everyone’s healing or wellness journey will be slightly different and will require different techniques and different timescales. This is why it is of paramount importance that all of our therapists are trained in a number of disciplines, are flexible in their approach, utilising evidence-based therapies. Our therapists are safeguarding trained, Prevent trained, hold an enhanced DBS, are insured and under ongoing supervision.
In 1-1 sessions we regularly assess each student’s anxiety, low mood and wellbeing using clinical assessment tools. You will have ongoing access to these scores via our secure database.
Towards the end of every session, we will upload a session summary outlining what we did that day and a plan for the next session. These plans respect student confidentiality and can be accessed by you via the secure database. This means you are kept in the loop and can track student’s progress with ease.

What our schools say about us

Deputy Head
It is so wonderful to see the work you are doing with our students. Thank you for all your hard work.
DSL
The reports and regular updates are particularly helpful for us as a school. With other therapy services we were kept in the dark and did not know what was happening with our
students.
Form Tutor
I have noticed a real shift in (his) behaviour since he started having sessions. He appears calmer and more in control.
Head of Year
This student was on a managed move and we believe a big part of the reason it has been successful is due to the support she had from her therapist.
Head of year
(Her) attendance has improved drastically since starting sessions. Her anxiety around coming to school has reduced enough for her to start coming in. Her teachers have seen a big difference in her.
Principal
The service runs itself with very little input from us as a school which is so helpful as we are always really busy. Thank you for being so efficient.
What our students say about us
I found this therapy much better than other therapy I’ve had. I learnt so many things about my body/mind connection, my past and everything makes more sense. I love learning techniques and doing the exercises in the sessions. I always feel so much better and more focussed at school once I have my session.

Female, 16
I have been in CAMHS and seen so many social workers and therapists but these sessions have been the most helpful out of all therapy I have had before
I find the sessions really helpful to identify the root causes of anxiety and stress. I also like the techniques I’ve learnt. I appreciate the way my therapist takes time to understand the way I work.
Referred for anxiety and persistent non attendance
Male, 16
I like that I have tools to use to feel better. It’s so helpful to understand the science of what is happening in my body like the fight/flight/freeze response. Ever since having sessions I feel a lot more stable and at peace. I feel understood and cared about. Thank you for everything.
Referred for social anxiety, mental health concerns and self harm tendancies
Female, 15
The sessions are really helping me understand what my body goes through when I’m in my angry or sad moods. I am gradually learning how to control myself and this is all thanks to these sessions.

After sessions I feel so much lighter and more relieved. I really look forward to Tuesday’s because that is the day I have my session
